Personal Santa Video provides personalized video messages from Santa Claus. We create custom videos based on the information you provide about your child.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • You must not share inappropriate or offensive content

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 48 hours of purchase if the video has not been created.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver your personalized video within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary during peak seasons.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, images, and text, remains the property of Santa's Special Messages. You receive a non-exclusive license to view and share your personalized video for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Santa's Special Messages is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
